Hip Hop & Heels Night at HKC

Tap into your sensual and confidence side with this communal empowerment experience created and developed by Tina Rojas x Hotel Kansas City but THIS TIME we are inviting Jade Marks for a beginner/intermediate level hip hop dance class before. This event is oriented towards all levels of dance ability. Tina is a professional dancer, choreographer, performer, dance and wellness director in the greater Kansas City focused around healing, self-love, and communal empowerment. Jade Marks is an exceptional hip hop and street style dancer, choreographer and dance community leader in the greater Kansas City area and Los Angeles. Come bounce around with us.

Here's what you can expect from this event:

5:45pm - check in and find a spot on the floor for warm-up, say hi to a new friends and get excited! 

6pm - Hip Hop with Jade Marks (1-hour)

7pm - Heels with Tina Rojas (1-hour) 

8pm-whenever : AFTERHOURS hangs & bubbles!

Where is the event: Tina will send out an email day of to all participants providing information of the location within the hotel. Upon arrival if you have not recieved this email simply check with the front desk and they can assist in directing all students. Please do not hesitate to reachout with any questions via email. If you DM Tina on instagram or facebook she may not see your request. Please note. 

What to Bring: heels, tennis shoes, water, towel, sweat pants or knee pads (HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR HEELS DANCE)

What to Wear: something stretchy but comfortable. Something you can move in and feel most confident in. Be you!

What if this is my first time: this is a fun and safe space to start! YES COME!

Will there be more: YES - we are working hard to make sure to have these HEELS events once a month, currently you can count on the second Wednesday of every month same time same place.

Parking: street parking is available or valet. Please be mindful of this area and that parking may take a second in lieu of it being downtown. You may want to prepare to arrive 20-25 minutes early to find parking and get inside.
