I’m a movement educator, yoga instructor, and wellness professional with a foundation rooted in both science and artistry. With over 20 years of professional dance training and performance experience, my approach to movement is deeply informed by rhythm, alignment, expression, and body awareness.
As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, my teaching blends the strength and discipline of Ashtanga, the fluid creativity of Vinyasa, and the grounding, transformative power of Pranayama. I create experiences that are both intentional and energizing — guiding students to build strength, mobility, mindfulness, and deeper connection within themselves.
In addition to my background in movement, I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition Research, allowing me to bridge evidence-based wellness with holistic practices. My philosophy integrates breath, movement, recovery, and nutrition to support sustainable well-being from the inside out.
Whether leading dynamic flows, immersive retreats, mindful recovery sessions, or wellness experiences, my goal is to create spaces where people can reconnect to their bodies, elevate their energy, and move through life with greater confidence and presence.
